Initial meeting -establish brief and engagement
Masterplan/ concepts -prepare initial plans, based on brief
Resource Consent -plans, elevations and report
Building Consent -plans and specifications
Construction documents -additional plans for finishes, electrical layouts, specific construction /joinery details
Tendering -tendering to builders, answer /receive tenders
Project Management -review the work against the agreed construction contract and cost control
